Installs the version downloaded, now or when njMule exits.

Now (the default), njMule saves everything, stops, puts the new version in place and starts again: the answer comes first, 202 with install set to restart, then the update.restart event and the end of the event stream. Refused with 409 when no version is downloaded or njMule cannot replace itself here (canInstall false: a package manager, the Package Center or Docker updates it).

Any other failure: 401 without the right token (with WWW-Authenticate: Bearer), 404 for an unknown path, 405 for a method the path does not take (with Allow), 429 after too many wrong tokens, 500 when the request failed, 503 when the engine cannot answer in time.
